It's that time of year again. You must get your permit within the first two weeks of January. See Form attached under "Forms" tab. Don't forget to bring all the documentation to prove your residence:
Driver's License
Car Registration
TWO Bills (water, utility, cable or property tax bill)
copies of above are accepted.
